Renato, real name Renato Dirnei Florêncio, (born May 15, 1979 in Santa Mercedes) is a Brazilian football player who currently plays for Sevilla FC. He plays as a defensive midfielder and has been capped 28 times by Brazilian national team.

He has dual citizenship: Brazilian and Italian.
