The Soviet Monetary 1922-24 reforms were a set of monetary reforms which were initiated by Bolshevik Party, under Lenin's leadership. as a part of the New Economic Policy. It was designed to stabilize the Soviet economy which had just undergone the years of war time economics starting with the outbreak of World War 1 up til the end of the Russian Civil War.
