"Slither"
Song

"Slither" is the debut single by Velvet Revolver from their debut album Contraband. The single was released in 2004. It was also awarded a Grammy in 2005 for Best Hard Rock Performance.

Velvet Revolver covers the Nirvana song "Negative Creep" and the Sex Pistols song "Bodies" for the B-sides on the "Slither" single.

In 2006 "Weird Al" Yankovic used a part of "Slither" for his song "Polkarama" on the album Straight Outta Lynwood.
