The Tour (Spanish Version) is the third soundtrack in Spanish of the Disney Channel La Gira series. It will be released on December 26, 2020 by Walt Disney Records and CLE Records.[1]

The album was recorded at the same time that The Tour was recorded and therefore the singles on the Spanish album were released in the year 2019.

The album will include ten songs composed by Aris Archontis, Chen Neeman, Jeannie Lurie, Jordan Dollar, Courtney Dwight, Jacobo Calderon and the late Alejandro Nogueras.

Background and recording

The album was recorded at the same time as the album "The Tour" for future release, this was confirmed by one of the artists on his Twitter account.[7] The instrumental songs were performed by PelleK and his team. The voices of the artists performing the album were recorded in Almería, Albacete and Madrid in Spain and Treinta y Tres in Uruguay.

Composition

The original songs in English were composed by Aris Archontis, Chen Neeman, Jeannie Lurie, Jordan Dollar and Courtney Dwight and the lyrics were translated into Spanish by Jacobo Calderón and the late Alejandro Nogueras.[8] The tenth song of the album "Feliz Navidad Te Deseo Cantando" was composed by Jacobo Calderón and Alejandro Nogueras as a carol for Disney Channel Spain.
