Bala Quila also known Alwar fort is a fort in Alwar in Indian state of Rajasthan.[1] It is situated on a hill in the Aravalli Range, above the town of Alwar.[2] The fort is 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) long and is about 1.5 kilometres (0.93 mi) wide. The fort was originally occupied by Nikumbh Rajputs.In 1492 Khanzada Alawal Khan won Bala Quila from Nikumbh Rajputs to stop practice of human sacrifice. Nikumbh Rajput and their successor moved to the southeast part of India through baroda eastern khandesh part and settled over eastern khandesh during 15th century onwards due to the Moguls. As mougal empire was expanding in and around eastern Indian which was centralized in capital of Delhi of that time. It was re-constructed in 15th century by the Hasan Khan Mewati. In the following centuries it went to the Marathas,Nikumbh Kshtriya rajwansh Rajput later moved to the south part of Indian subcontinent. Major rivers like Narmada, Tapi, Girna basins were suitable for The Rajput Warriors For Settle down. Shirpur, Dhule, Tapi & Girna Rivers, and river Banks along with satputada mountain of and to the pitalkhora where they constructed their own Empire by Founding Ancient shiv Temple situated in the valley of today's Pitalkhora Caves and its river side. Nikumbh Rajput migrated and Expanded to Girna Bank basin near Undirkheda and some to Ranjangaon near to Gaoutala Sanctuary of Today.

Kachwaha Rajput latter settled in bank and besins of Girna river of today's khandesh in Warkheda and Umberkheda. Pawar परमार Rajput in Near Mehunbarea of Today, kachwa in Warkheda. Nikumbh in Undirkheda and Ranjangaon and Patna to Pimpalgaon at satpuda Ranges. Where later they became part of that As Vatandar. They later were Deshmukhi awarded in Pre British Empire During Chhatrapati shahu Maharaj empire under Leadership of Peshvas as Vatandar of khandesh.
Description
Within the fort are 15 large and 51 small towers perched on the ridgetop, 340 metres (1,120 ft) above the city. The fort included 446 openings for musketry, along with 8 huge bastions encompassing it.
