One Tower is a skyscraper under construction in Moscow, Russia. Its height upon completion in 2024 will be 405.3 meters with 108 floors. With this height it will be the second tallest building in Moscow, in Europe and in Russia after Lakhta Center in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.[3][4]
