Draft:Helmuth "Kelly" Kainz (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

Not a hint of notability or assertion thereof; and of course a BLP with no references, either. Orange Mike | Talk 18:31, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Then bring sources that show this person will never meet notability or that the person is a hoaxed or strongly promotional biography. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 21:13, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Weak Keep - Doesn't need deleting. It's a draft, and the author may add sources to establish a credible claim of significance and then to try to establish biographical notability. That doesn't mean that the author will succeed, but that there is no reason to delete, and a minimal benefit to keeping for now. That's what draft space is for. • Comment - It isn't a BLP. He's dead, Mike. Robert McClenon (talk) 23:18, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Weak keep Not a BLP, no major policy issues - notability doesn't matter in draftspace. This appears to be a memorial page for someone's relative and while that's not exactly what Wikipedia is for, there is no harm in letting it sit for another six months. Perhaps there are sources that can be added. The user never submitted it before it was G13'd, so they were never informed that Wikipedia is not a memorial service. If they continue to submit it after they are told that it's not notable, a MFD may be worthwhile, but right now it just seems bitey. SpicyMilkBoy (talk) 23:31, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep, bad nomination. DraftSpace is for probably not notable things like this. It was not submitted, so there is no reason to draw community attention to it. It was just WP:REFUNDed. I do, however, advise ChrisTheDiveGuy (talk · contribs) to get some article editing experience before attempting a new page. This subject does not look Wikipedia-notable. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 04:24, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
