This article was the subject of a Wiki Education Foundation-supported course assignment, between 22 January 2020 and 8 May 2020. Further details are available on the course page. Student editor(s): Anfinite (article contribs). Peer reviewers: Helen Pope.

Many external links to the citations listed in the article are broken or lead to different websites (Citation underneath the header, "Deadline" and many others beneath the Reference portion). On the other hand, the main headers of the article could be more explicit to make for an easier read and skim. For instance, the header, "Deadline" could include something in relation to the Court Order at hand to evacuate the premises (this could be changed to "Court Order to Evacuate" perhaps?). Additionally, there were some minor grammatical and typing errors which I corrected. Mary Mijares (talk) 07:19, 5 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Possible Improvement for this page

- The Initiation section says that "Echoing the global Occupy movement against corporate greed and economic inequality", probably would be better to specify which movement(s) it is echoing to.

- The word "defiant" here might seems inappropriate.

- Will there be any further sources (news, comments, interviews) regarding to the incident that "Three people were arrested for assaulting security guards"?

Peer Review

This article outlines and describes the Occupy Central movement succinctly and neutrally. I especially like the section titled "Initiation" and the brief but well put description of the Occupy Central's relationship to the global Occupy Movement. Between this section and the "High Court's Injuction" sections more could be elaborated on what was going on during the Occupy Central movement, numbers of people there, chants or events that occurred, or news/media coverage of the event that occurred. The final 2 sentences of the "High Court's injuction" section need a reference. I also noticed the lead did not have any references. While I was reading the article, I went ahead and corrected some grammatical errors, but nothing major. This article is off to a good start and could be elaborated and expanded to be a complete article. Helen Pope (talk) 06:46, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
