The real question is, what's with his horrible beady eyes? He looks like he stares into the sun all day. — 68.54.110.182 19:34, 29 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

name origins

Is there a source for the origins of the name? It's cited in many places (mentioning that it's "Disney" spelled backwards), but I haven't been able to find when he was first given a name. Was it used by the animators on Fantasia, or in the storyboards? Or did he receive the name later? -- Scott scarecroe 21:17, 6 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It's actually Yensid Retlaw, which is "Walter Disney" backwards — 152.163.100.11 22:46, 16 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

He's had the Yen Sid name within merchandising and other places for decades now. For example, he was the Y pin in a Disney Character alphabet set for example. --FigmentJedi 03:29, 21 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Japanese Voice

Does anybody know who provided the voice of Yen Sid in the Japanese version of Kingdom Hearts II?--BigMac1212 21:01, 19 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It's Takashi Nagaki. Next time, look at the cast list. Jienum
