Kishmu was an Indian film and stage actor. who worked in Tamil movies best known by his stage name Kismu. Kishmu made his debut in the film Manal Kayiru directed by Visu released in 1982. His notable movies such as Manal Kayiru, Dowry Kalyanam, Chidambara Rahasiyam, Samsaram Adhu Minsaaram, Thirumathi Oru Vegumathi, Kavalan Avan Kovalan, Varavu Nalla Uravu.[1]
Film career
After drama career he came to act with his brother, Visu. Visu's second film as a director was Manal Kayiru (1982). The film was critically and commercially successful and marked Kishmu's acting debut. In 1985, Aval Sumangalithan and in 1986, Samsaram Adhu Minsaram and Oomai Vizhigal became popular. Kishmu was the hero in these films, which released to positive reviews upon release. In his initial acting stages, Kishmu acted only with his brother's direction films, but went on to act in other directors' films.[2] Following that, he has act more than 50 films during from 1982 to 1990.[3][4]
Death
Kishmu died at the age of 46 on 10.11.1993. The cause of his death was drinking and smoking that made his liver fail.[5]
