    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). Be clear as to which namespace is intended, when requesting the restoration of a deleted article.

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages or media deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    The original denial of publication was for reasons of lack of references. (I'd assumed that since the Japanese Wiki page of which this is a translation was already up and running, that it would smoothly be accepted.) The pause in editing is due to the time it is taking to get the Japanese references compiled. Patience, please. I'm am also working on the translation of other works by the same author.     People, including myself, use this article all the time. I use it to get the proper title and release date of a song, and I use it daily for fan groups and things like that.     quoted A7 as deletion criteria but This applies to any article about a real person, individual animal, commercial or non-commercial organization, web content,[8] or organized event[9] that does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, with the exception of ″educational institutions.″ AAROHAN is a techno-management fest conducted by NIT DURGAPUR. So this deletion criteria is void.
    Second, you quoted G11 but this is not a promotion. I have used neutral content and I added newspaper articles? UNESCO is a patron of this technical symposium and this deletion and calling it promotion is defaming the institutions as well. Besides, Such technical fest pages exist of the same league of colleges and I do not understand this discriminatory behavior. Your request will not be processed here; the blocking admin's talk page and then WP:DRV are the proces you must undertake.
    That said, it's clearly not an "educational institution" by any interpretation of the phrase, but a technical symposium that falls squarely within the "organized-event" criterion.      Not done The tone of the deleted content is shamelessly promotional, not only of the event but of the sponsoring institution as well. If you claim it is notable, disclose your personal conflict of interest, and re-write from the ground-up, using no peacock words and keeping to an impartial tone.
