Faryal Mehmood is a Pakistani model and actress. She made her acting debut in theatre and later moved to television. She has played the role of Mehwish in Geo Entertainment's Baba Jani (2018).[2][1][3] Mehmood has been profiled and featured in Gulf News,[1] The News International,[2] and MangoBaaz.[4] Her mother is Pakistani singer Rohani Bano.[5]

Personal life

In late 2019, Mehmood shared in an interview with Samina Peerzada that she was a victim of sexual harassment and that her stepfather had molested her when she was a child.[5] Faryal Mehmood is an avid dancer.[4] On 28th May 2020 Faryal married Daniyal Raheel son of veteran actor Simi Raheal.[6]
