One Tower is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Moscow, Russia. Its height upon completion in 2024 will be 405.3 meters with 108 floors. It will be the tallest building in Moscow and second tallest building in Europe and in Russia after Lakhta Center in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.[3][4]
