The State Basketball League All-Star Five is an annual State Basketball League (SBL) honour bestowed on the best players in both the Men's SBL and Women's SBL following every season. A five-player All-Star Team has been named every year for both competitions since 2005.

On a few occasions, due to the different voting systems, the Most Valuable Player has not been named in the All-Star Five.
