The Boss Baby: Back in Business is an American computer-animated web television series produced by DreamWorks Animation that is a follow-up of the 2017 film The Boss Baby, loosely based on the book of the same name by Marla Frazee. The series premiered on Netflix on April 6, 2018. JP Karliak voices the title character, replacing Alec Baldwin; only Eric Bell Jr. reprised his role from the film, returning as The Triplets,[1] while Pierce Gagnon replaces Miles Bakshi as Tim Templeton. The second season premiered on October 12, 2018.[2] The third season premiered on Netflix on March 16, 2020.[3]
Premise
Taking place after the film, the first season follows Boss Baby and his big brother Tim, as they navigate around the world of Baby Corp while dealing with a new cute threat that involves battling cats. At the end of the season, Boss Baby and his friends save the town from Bootsy Calico, a man raised by cats. In the second season, Boss Baby goes against the Consortium of Ancients. And in the third season, Boss Baby is fired and tries to get his job back. Finally, Boss Baby becomes the CEO of Baby Corp.

Release
The series premiered its first season on Netflix in the US on April 6, 2018. The second season was released October 12, 2018.[4][5] The third season was released on March 16, 2020.[3]
