Peter Doohan

Peter Doohan (born May 2, 1961 in Newcastle, NSW) is a former tennis player from Australia, who won one singles title (1984, Adelaide) and five doubles titles during his career. The righthander reached his highest singles ATP-ranking on August 3, 1987, when he became the number 43 of the world.

Doohan played collegiately in the US with the University of Arkansas, where he won the NCAA doubles title in 1982.

Doohan coached high school tennis at Donoho High School in Anniston, Alabama, for several years in the mid-1990s.
