Was proposed for deletion by Raymie (talk · contribs), with the reasoning "Non-notable community cable channel; fails WP:GNG and WP:BCAST." However, it was also tagged for PROD in 2018, also for failing the GNG, so procedurally an AfD is required. (I have no strong feelings myself, but do lean towards deletion.)
