Apparently nonsensical summary of her work

Quote: "The fact that the brightness of the Sun has not increased since its formation, 4.5 billion years ago, revealed that it was much brighter and warmer in the past." This does not appear to make sense as it is self contradictory - was the sun brighter in the past or not? There is also no reference provided for this statement. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2407:7000:A12B:8591:8D03:E86B:9892:C240 (talk) 00:57, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ditto. What is the source, and should it say that the sun has decreased in brightness (rather than not increased)? Wikiuser8745448 (talk) 03:03, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Google Doodle (20 July 2020)

Just what I was going to say - Google's Doodle links to this page today. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.159.110.17 (talk) 01:32, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

would be great to include the relevance of July 20 to the doodle. It's not the date of her birth or death (common for doodles). DONAL HUNT (talk) 06:41, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
