The Fort is a nickname given to the north stand of Gillette Stadium sections 142 and 143. The name specifically applies at times when soccer is being played at the stadium. Gillette Stadium is the home of the New England Revolution. The fort is a general admission section and the section from which most of the New England Revolution's independent supporters' associations, The Midnight Riders and The Rev Army watch games, although it is open to anyone. The fort draws its name from the revolutionary theme which runs through the team and independent supporters' associations.[1]
