After correcting the article content inside Russell Barkley and Edward Hallowell (psychiatrist), and reading User:Doc James § Putting the star in barnstar, I believe more that we human beings require a joint native language and a professional version of Wikipedia for the sake of resolving common issues together in this interconnected era. Indeed, it takes time to achieve these two goals but the process will be shorter than the time it takes to settle various disputes between different groups with different native languages without inciting World War III caused by misunderstandings. What's more important, We are running against climate change as the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is set to reach an all-time high this year and keep breaking record in the years to come.[1]

In hot weather, I cannot really do anything--I become less productive.[note 1][note 2] Therefore, I gradually get why most developed nations are concentrated in the area near the North Pole and the South Pole? It is because "While the human body has remarkable resilience against cold, it can tolerate only minor temperature elevations above normal (37+4.5 °C) without developing systemic dysfunction."--UpToDate: Exertional heat illness in adolescents and adults: Epidemiology, thermoregulation, risk factors, and diagnosis.

Unfortunately, those developed nations have emitted most greenhouse gases since industrial revolution. (by counting the area under curve.)[1]

Another imminent global crisis lying ahead:

6-hour day in place of 8-hour day. Perhaps I will visit Jimbo's talk page at some point in the future to plead for an endorsement to make Wikimedia Foundation as an example for the world. I am a feminist.

The root cause of developed countries' low birth rate is Eight-hour day, e.g. money-rich, time-poor, motherhood penalty.

Notes

  1. ^ Machines such as computer become less productive, too, due to their overheat protection. For instance, the computer takes more time to compile.
  2. ^ If you live in colder area, just imagine that can you really do anything productive when you are (nearly) in fever?

My reading list

My view in reality based on my experience in Wikipedia

My thoughts over reading Wikipedia article

  • Hung jury
    • When you try to vote everything, deadlocked jury can appear. So is the notion that "democracy is all about voting" really correct?
    • It's so interesting. If English Wikipedia had followed civil law system, many of those WP:Arbitration Committee's decision would have been totally different!
      • This means that maybe China and Russia have their own understanding over rule of law where they have their own theory of legal system? At this moment, I must once again call for the UK and US to roll out a policy to help world citizens to use English as joint native language to improve mutual understanding!
For the US and UK government.

This also highlights the reason why many of those in power are familiar with law. I advise those Wikipedian with special privileges to learn more about the law because a person without adequate knowledge of the law is very likely to breach the law and be labeled as a dictator during their enforcement.

the humanisation of capitalism is a simple description that deeply touches my heart.
Short-time working or short time (German: Kurzarbeit) is state-regulated system of work-sharing unemployment insurance in which civilian employees agree to or are forced to accept a reduction in working time and pay.
This irritates me. Salary ought to be proportional to employee's productivity rather than working hours. Only CEOs who disregard democracy enjoy the mindset that "less working hours yields less salary. ".

My thoughts over editing Wikipedia

  1. Diff
I am very disappointed with the UK government's decision over citizenship. The UK government's decision is very cheap to me. It feels like to me that the UK politicians do not really care about Democracy but their own economy. UK's decision is just taking advantage of the Hong Kong National Security Law to appeal to more skilled workers who are deemed to be able to find a job in the UK to come. How about those relatively non-skilled workers in Hong Kong?
If the UK government really cares about Democracy's future, I really recommend 6-hour day, professional Wikipedia platform, and rolling out a policy to help the world to chose English as their joint native language, which makes it easier for people around the world to gain time to involve themselves in public affairs and learn the core spirit of Democracy! [note 1][note 2]
I do not believe that the UK has the capacity to load democracy believers all over the world. So stop any expediency and do something more WP:BOLD, please.
It has been nearly a century since Sun Yat-sen published his review over the comparison between Democracy with Capatalism and Socialism with Communism where its English version has not published yet.[note 3] This phenomenon explains how the language barrier impacts the humankind's progress. Note that Sun Yat-sen's review has convinced half of the Chinese population dating back to 1900, which is why Sun Yat-sen could persuade Chinese people to overthrow Qing Dynasty and the subsequent Chinese Civil War (if Sun didn't have a significant base of supporters, he would not have the capacity to fight against Chinese Communist Party, which also won a great base of supporters at the time).
The leaders who cannot learn from World War I, World War II, and the Cold War are the leaders who will bring the world into World War III and the new Cold War. What's more, the planet earth itself cannot bear any major conflict in the future due to the already-severe Global warming.

Conclusion: If the human being is going to eliminate themselves soon, what's the purpose of Wikipedia? What are we Wikipedian here for? Should we just shrug our shoulders as if to say that there is nothing we can do about it?

  • Wikipedia is as good as Stack Overflow!! 🤗🤗 Very responsive!! 😍😍
I just suddenly become sentimental... I was nearly illiteracy prior to the treatment of ADHD. It is WP:Reliable source that has helped me come this far. Please do not give up your left-behind child. 🙏

Notes

  1. ^ Human mind is so complex! Even a subtle difference of wording can cause misunderstanding.
  2. ^ Those key figures who ultimately pushed Taiwan towards Democracy were those who stayed in Taiwan from the beginning to the end.
  3. ^ Chinese Civil War is a war between Democracy-Capitalism and Socialism-Communism. I guess many Wikipedians have not realized this fact even though the Chinese Civil War has gone past over half a century. The language barrier is so powerful.
