Thanks,I read your reply.it seems your reason for declining my submission is reliability of my given references.but I think you can reconsider the two prominent reference sources I have, 1) The book Who's Who and 2) the book Dr.Ambedkar wrings and speeches is published by Government of Maharashtra. These can be reliable and trustworthy because book who's who was highly reputed book in India in period of British Raj and supposed to be as genuine as any publication by British government.so I think it can be reliable and trustworthy. Second reference is a book about Dr. Ambedkar,it is not any private publication but it is published by a Government of Maharashtra itself,so can be taken as genuine and trustworthy reference. So request you to reconsider. Thanking you.
