The 2020 Top Seed Open (presented by Bluegrass Orthopaedics) is a professional women's tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts at the Top Seed Tennis Club. It is the 1st (WTA) edition of the tournament which is part of the 2020 WTA Tour. It will take place in Lexington, United States between 10 and 16 August 2020.[1] This is the first American tournament of the 2020 WTA Tour to be played after the suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
