Deprodded by Andrew Davidson with the rationale per WP:DEPROD. Well, since this is apparently controversial, it'll come here. I'm finding toy sales sites, open wikis, unreliable blogs. This community blog is about a toy based on Rheneas, and includes very little about the character himself. The large number of The Railway Series books by Awdry are primary source material, so they don't establish notability. This brought up a reference to Rheneas in the Google scholar preview, but the context indicated a fictional community, not this character. This paper only mentions Rheneas once and does not establish significant coverage. Not seeing any way this fictional character passes WP:GNG. Hog Farm _Bacon 18:26, 25 August 2020 (UTC)
