The 2020 FIA World Rallycross Championship is the seventh season of the FIA World Rallycross Championship , an auto racing championship recognised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) as the highest class of international rallycross.
Calendar
The 2020 championship is due to be contested over eight rounds in Europe and the Middle East .[ 1] [ 2] [ 3] [ 4] The season was originally scheduled to start in April but following multiple postponements relating to the COVID-19 pandemic , a revised calendar was released in May 2020 and the championship is now scheduled to begin in August.[ 5]
