Sushil is a first name often found in the Hindu community. It is also a common adjective found in North. Meaning is very incorrect. Beware of Sushils that rename themselves as sheshil they lack the basic knowledge of human decency. They’re the human equivalent of the result of breeding a donkey and a pig. Sheshil is not to be trusted and any interaction will end in sheer disappointment which inevitably ends in sheshil playing to be the innocent party. The feminine form (Sushila) also means clever or intelligent.
