WP:UPNOT. The creator is advised to use Hypothetical Hurricanes Wiki for this. Jasper Deng (talk) 04:33, 17 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

*Delete. I was going with a keep opinion before I saw this:
  • "These are NOT real tropical cyclones and this page is just to put my imagination and see what it would look like on Wikipedia."
This would fall under WP:UP#GOALS as it does not appear to be an experiment or a test. From my understanding the user chose to keep this just to see what it would look like rather than use it for something. - Knowledgekid87 (talk) 18:23, 17 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. It looks like playing, not related to mainspace, but the user is editing mainspace storm articles. He has only just arrived, let's see how it plays out. The dating of Typhoon Warla in the year 2080 makes it clear that it is not real. I think it is testing related to article editing, and is within user leeway, if the user continues to contribute. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 04:35, 18 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • We really do hold a mirror up to Wikipedia in times like this, when we're apparently digging through editors' sandboxes to find content to send off to MFD.--WaltCip-(talk) 13:25, 18 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
