3x02 Title

The Ready Room states that 3x02 is titled "Far From Home", as does RadioTimes, but Futon lists it as "That Hope Is You, Part 2". -- /Alex/21 04:04, 16 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Very confusing, hopefully we can get some sort of explanation soon since they seem to be sticking with "That Hope Is You, Part 1" for the first episode. For now I think it would be fine to add "That Hope Is You, Part 2" as an alt title for the second episode and then just see what happens. - adamstom97 (talk) 10:18, 16 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I know that for some weird reason your wiki does not accept Netflix as reliable source, so FYIO. Episode 1 appears as "Part 1", episode 2 does not appear at all, first time on my memory. Looks like they are confused too. IKhitron (talk) 12:29, 18 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This is a nonsense - you have a single source saying it has that title - every other RS does not use that name and CBS rolled out more media previews and information last night and not a single one uses that name. The weight of RS says this is NOT an alternative name for this episode or used in any official capacity. The Fulton Critic seems to have just assumed it would be called that. They do not even make reference to its correct name. Cameron Scott (talk) 07:23, 20 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you actually read TFC's press releases, such as this one, it very clearly states The following article is a press release issued by the aforementioned network and/or company. Any errors, typos, etc. are attributed to the original author. The release is reproduced solely for the dissemination of the enclosed information. So, no, TFC hasn't assumed anything. They get their content directly from the network. -- /Alex/21 08:21, 20 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Except the press releases are publicly available - none of them use it - so currently we have:

  • Press releases from maker not using the name
  • Multiple reliable sources not using the name
  • A single source using it

Plus on ready room the official tie-in show that airs after Discovery they announced the title was... Far from Home.

It's baffling how that we can therefore conclude that the one single outlining source is the correct one.... Cameron Scott (talk) 10:26, 20 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It's identified here as an alternate title, not the only one. —ADavidB 15:07, 20 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in Star Trek: Discovery (season 3)

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Star Trek: Discovery (season 3)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 00:42, 17 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
