JumpCloud is a U.S.-based enterprise software company. [1] The company headquarters are in Denver. [2] The company was formally launched in 2013. [3] Since its founding in 2013, JumpCloud had raised more than $90 million in funding [4] from venture capital firms including OpenView, General Atlantic, and Foundry Group. In May, 2019, JumpCloud announced that it closed a $50 million financing round led by former General Electric Chief Information Officer Gary M. Reiner. [5]
