AMITA Health is a joint operating company formed between Alexian Brothers Health System (part of Ascension) and Adventist Midwest Health (part of AdventHealth) in 2015.[1] Presence Health was acquired by Ascension in 2018 and absorbed into AMITA Health.[6]
