Affari Tuoi (Template:Lang-en) is the Italian game show on which the game Deal or No Deal is spawned from.. It broadcast on leading TV station Rai Uno, but the show is also sometimes aried on Rai International, RAI's global television channel.

The show is hosted by Flavio Insinna, the Capitan of Carabinieri in the Italian TV series Don Matteo. The show was also hosted by Antonella Clerici, who presents the Italian version of Ready Steady Cook (La prova del cuoco), and, previously, by the former singer Pupo after two hugely successful seasons with Paolo Bonolis. In the Italian version, there are only 20 briefcases (which look more like mailed packages), and each person holding one is a representative of one of the 20 regions of Italy. The highest prize is € 500,000, but sometimes a € 1,000,000 prize is also introduced. As well as small money prizes, like € 0.50, there are also 3 other prizes included which players generally want to avoid. They are usually items like salami, or a year's supply of soap (in the current season there are also animals like hippos, weasels and other "great winning" ones).

In October-November-December 06, Codacons - an Association of public consumer - published a list of high prize boxes ("pacchi") remaining till the end of the game show, telling there is no possibility that every evening it occurs.
