Jash, Avijit Mondal, Sasadhar Majhi and Dilip Gorai, Journal of Indian Chemical Society, 2011, 88, 303-305" This appears to be reliably supported, but I do not know enough about the subject to know whether it is notable (i.e. is it the third fruit that have been found to contain lupeol, or one of hundreds). --ColinFine (talk) 22:21, 16 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Coupling catalyst needs another lithium: Li2 Cu Cl4; Missing -CH2-

Step one in the synthesis scheme shown (Grignard coupling to vinyl acetate) has two errors. There is a missing methylene: it should be an allylic acetate, not a vinyl acetate. The reaction actually uses Li2CuCl4 dilithium tetrachlorocuprate as catalyst. The catalyst over the arrow shows Li Cu Cl4 and should be corrected to Li2CuCl4 (made from 2 LiCl + CuCl2 --> Li2CuCl4 in THF). (Thank you to whoever submitted the reaction scheme. It's a lot of work to draw it out. Sometimes an error slips through.) AdderUser (talk) 19:15, 10 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
