The article says it is about delegation of tasks to subordinates. I have copied the five steps of delegation from the disambiguation page to this page, where I feel they belong. I think they should be deleted from the disambiguation page and a link to this page provided instead (but I have not yet done that.) "Theory of Delegation" deserves its own page, and an entry on the "Delegation" disambiguation page. It does not belong on this page. "Delegation in Spain" seems to refer to a representative assembly. The example on this page, is at the level of entity to entity, not manager to employee, or person to person, and thus feels abstract. It's factually correct. It just needs rewriting to make it more encyclopaedic. -- Derek Ross

I've added some theories of delegation from politics and economics to this page to try and add some more substance to this article. blankfrackis 00:13, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also, the page seems to have a mixture of delegation as it applies to business management, and delegation as it applies to politics and economics. Perhaps they are separate things. The Letter J 13:01, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
