nonsense at Revenge of the Sith
Way to go resolving the issues at Revenge of the Sith. That went on far too long. Thanks --Staecker 6 July 2005 05:30 (UTC)
- Thanks. I was looking up mediation and was reading up on everything when I realised the way that everyone could get what they wanted. KramarDanIkabu 6 July 2005 05:35 (UTC)
I regret to inform you that people keep adding uncredited roles to the Offcial Cast. I have had to revert it three times now. I have kept my word, and have even added uncredited roles to its section, but it seems some people just don't get it. What can be done? Thanks. Copperchair 7 July 2005 02:05 (UTC)
- Sounds like an id10t problem to me. j/k, but some people are just stupid and stubborn. I'm not sure how to solve that one beyond mediation or page protection. You can talk it out, hopefully, but at the worst are those two solutions. I figured out the credits problem, I'm sadly not a psychologist. KramarDanIkabu 7 July 2005 02:39 (UTC)

Hi: When reverting, please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning. Unexplained reversions often upset the original writer and lead to damaging edit wars. —Theo (Talk) 10:16, 31 July 2005 (UTC)
- Thanks, I'm just getting really tired of this Dvirgueza crap, and it's kind of getting to me. I mean, I was gone for a week but the problem still hasn't been fully solved. KramarDanIkabu 16:23, 31 July 2005 (UTC)
I understand: reverting a very active editor who seems to be vandalizing soon becomes tiresome. Fortunately, my web client (Firefox) caches field entries so repetition of similar summaries is eased. No matter how jaded we become, however, it is important to remain transparent in our actions. Dvirgueza has been blocked (again) so the next stage is ArbCom if s/he really gets to you. Squeak if you feel the need for help or support. —Theo (Talk) 17:08, 31 July 2005 (UTC)
The issue is settled
How am I a hero? Copperchair 07:37, 1 September 2005 (UTC)
- I think I might have used the wrong word (I was in a hurry). What I probably meant was "good guy," as in you're swinging on the right side of the ropes in that situation as opposed to the shit a month or so back. I just felt that it was weird how someone who I antagonized during that time had become a protagonist in facing the new problems. Unfortunately, this time it doesn't seem the issue was settled properly and instead we are left with bullshit. KramarDanIkabu 07:05, 3 September 2005 (UTC)

As you like, but the same is true of Michelle Rodriguez. Hashashin 06:42, 25 September 2005 (UTC)
- You got me there. ^^ However, she is credited on the official cast now, but we don't have the other two new actors added, so I put it up on the talk page to see what everyone else thinks. KramarDanIkabu (talk) 16:57, 26 September 2005 (UTC)
Vote on moving Lost (2004 television series) to Lost (TV series)
Hi. Just a quick note that we're voting (again) on renaming/moving the Lost (2004 television series) article, this time to the shorter Lost (TV series). As you were a participant in the previous discussion/vote, please register your support or opposition here: Talk:Lost (2004 television series) Thanks! LeFlyman 05:35, 26 September 2005 (UTC)
I was just reading on Talk:Minor characters in Teen Titans (animated series) that you got permission from the owner of that site to use screenshots from his page. Which is great, but there's a problem, namely this. Now, the screenshots can still probably be tagged using Template:Film-screenshot, but that still means that stuff like the infobox image on Starfire (comics). Anyway, I've had good experiences with you before (and I see you doing good work on my watchlist all the time), so I though maybe you could help me either resolve this copyright issue and start tagging images, or to find some replacements (also, I'm fairly sure the actual email from the site owner needs to be posted somewhere as evidence). Thanks in advance! --InShaneee 20:11, 16 October 2005 (UTC)
- I see where you're coming from. I'll get to putting {{copyrighted}} as soon as I can. I never actually finished uploading all the images I wanted to. Anyways, thanks for bringing this to my attention. As for the email, I'm not sure exactly where I can post it. KramarDanIkabu (speak) 20:29, 16 October 2005 (UTC)
- Wait, hang on! Just so we're clear, the "copyrighted" template is depreciated, and not supposed to be used anywhere (as images to which that tag apply aren't suitable for use on wikipedia). Hence, the dillema! --InShaneee 20:57, 16 October 2005 (UTC)
- Then I guess we have to get rid of the images. KramarDanIkabu (speak) 23:09, 16 October 2005 (UTC)
- Unfortunatly. I know I can't see any way around it. Which means, among other things, we're gonna need to find a new image of Starfire from the comics to replace that one. --InShaneee 05:23, 17 October 2005 (UTC)

friendly invitation
u are invited to participate as much as u want in the development of the new format of the list of villains. the changes and details are discussed on its talk page. please hear at least 3 diferent opinions before making drastic changes. the idea of the new format is to make the page more serious and to aviod its non stopping AfD nominations that characterized it. the page kept surviving because the idea is good, but it gets AdF nominations on a regular basis because it lacked of encyclopedic organization. Categories can give users a better idea of the characters context.--T-man, the Wise Scarecrow 21:08, 28 November 2005 (UTC)

Im not that other dude, and Im not yelling and getitng in anybdy's face. I putack a revised version and stuck it in the Disputed section. If he's cool with it, no gaurantee of course, can we let it go?
- The problem is not the quality of the section or anything, it's the fact that it is speculation. I suggest you take a look at Wikipedia is not a crystal ball for more insight. I believe I've used up my three reverts for the page so I'll leave it to someone else. KramarDanIkabu [[User talk:KramarDanIkabu|(speak)]] 02:07, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
Dude it says right at the top that the whole article may have elements in it that are speuclative, and its in a section thats even more earmarked!!! Can't you let the guy have SOMETHING in here or does it all have to be your way?
- I don't find speculation acceptable in any case unless it is widely accepted and hasn't been denied. I mean, anyone can say anything can come of Infinite Crisis, but unless you can prove that a lot of people agree on the possibility, I don't think it should be mentioned unless it can be worded to sound not so speculative. Hey, Kramar, I apoligize for the profanity. It was that I was a bit upset over how things were going. Can you please let Zoe chill out about the whole formatting thing, and that I have used things like "Da Bears" as a reference point. NoseNuggets 11:51 US EST Jan 12 2006.
- Apology accepted. I understand what it's like to be stressed. I, too, use profanity in times in severe anger and later regret it. I'm not really concerned about what's going on at Current sports events, I just tend to make quick judgements of people and stick to them. Obviously Zoe is stressed too so I am going to leave the issue alone. KramarDanIkabu 04:55, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
NFL playoff seed templates and formatting
Actually, I was thinking about putting them into templates because I was the one who first put in those playoff seed tables in the first place... but I never got around to doing it. Thank you. Zzyzx11 (Talk) 01:02, 28 December 2005 (UTC)

- I altered the way the format was to clear up the confusion that may have occured with simular items and added some information to that list. NoseNuggets 10:56 PM US EST 5 Jan 2006.
- I understand why you are doing it, just as long as by the end of the playoffs the formats of every article should be the same (after all, I would like this encyclopedia to maintain consistency between similar articles). KramarDanIkabu 03:57, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
- Why don't you go **** yourself? NoseNuggets 10:59 PM US EST Jan 5 2005.
- No need for profanity; I'm just trying to improve this encyclopedia to a more professional standard. KramarDanIkabu 03:59, 6 January 2006 (UTC)

- FYI: I am currently negotiating with NoseNuggets on this issue since I was the one who first created the current format for all of the NFL playoff articles in the first place (User talk:NoseNuggets#NFL playoff format). Zzyzx11 (Talk) 05:18, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
- I've been watching both of your user talk pages on my list and I am waiting to see what comes out of it. I have hesitated to respond to his suggested format to avoid incurring his wrath, as I wish in no way to anger anyone at the encyclopedia. Considering that only if he is truly interested in what I have to say will he look here, I have to say that I certainly perfer your format to his, which appears convoluted and poorly formatted to me. NFL Draft pages
Hello KramarDanIkabu. I noticed that you've been removing the links from non-first-occurances of positions and colleges in the tables on 2004 NFL Draft and 2005 NFL Draft. I've raised the topic on the talk page of WikiProject National Football League. The topic is "NFL_Draft_results". You may well be right to do what you've done, so please come and share your thoughts on the issue there. Thanks. ×Meegs 10:30, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
Why I reverted your edits to 2006 NFL Draft
The reason why I reverted your edits was that you completely wiped out my "Situations" section, which was accurate on the different possible combinations of the AFC and NFC championships. Your lack of an edit summary, or note on the talk page left me confused, and I was forced to revert your edits. Each individual combination told how the picks would go if that situation occured. Your edits, beyond that, were good: you fixed spelling, capitalization, and grammar errors -- I just failed to realize this originally, as I was in a hurry (and you didn't have an edit summary explaining why you did what you did!). I have implemented the changes you originally done, save the "Situations" section. Thanks for removing the situations section, it made me realize how cluttered the paged looked with it. I moved this section into the footnotes. Sorry about any confusion, and I hope I have answered your question adaquately. — Ian Manka Talk to me! 02:57, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
- No hard feelings. I found the section a bit redundant (if that makes any sense), but I guess I was just concerned the page might have been getting out of my hand. I have a problem with control; I tend to like articles to conform to what I think suits the encyclopedia. I apologize for removing your section without consulting the talk page. Hi nice to make your acquaintence. I am wondering why you deleted the covers i posted in the infinite crisis section. No i dont believe that one cover for each Rann-thanagar war and OMAC is excess. one cover for each issue would be excess. anyways i am just getting started here.
- There are a couple problems here. One, the images are redundant and are already in the articles of their respective books. Two, this is the Infinite Crisis article we are talking about and it should focus on the main book, with the lead-in series being just short summaries (Countdown to Infinite Crisis was merged into the page, though, and doesn't have its own article). Hah, you win on the the Canada - South Africa game. I was making it and got an edit conflict and found it was done already. Nice work. (At least I got to the TOC score before you! :)) -- Jjjsixsix (t)/(c) @ 05:58, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
- Heh, sorry about that. I thought it was odd that the box scores weren't being made during or even right after some of the other games, so I kind of took the initiative. I want to make sure that page keeps updated. KramarDanIkabu 06:02, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
- No, no, not sorry at all; at least I got confirmation that I did it right, since the only thing different was the TOC. (Oh, and I decided to be lazy and not do the other ones earlier... actually, I was doing real life homework, so yeah.) I went and edited your user page too, by the way. Deleted images
I have had to delete a number of images which you uploaded, because they are copyrighted. You cannot use fair use images on your user page, and having permission from the copyright holder is not sufficient - you must use a free license. Please see WP:ICT for more information. Stifle 12:16, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
- Additionally, please try to use smaller images - most of the images you uploaded were almost 1MB in size and would place a severe strain on the Wikimedia servers whenever called up. Stifle 12:17, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
- I am aware that they were copyrighted. That's why I put the tag on the images. Don't patronize me. KramarDanIkabu 22:25, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
2006 NFL Draft
Having come to your userpage to award you a barnstar for your meticulous and frequent updating of the projections, I found that you'd already been given one for that very reason. A talk page thanks, then, will have to suffice, I suppose: Thanks! Joe 18:33, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
Please don't go...
I saw in the edit summary that you were leaving the 2006 NFL Draft because "nobody cared". I care, too... I just happened to get caught in the crossfire of vandalism too! I was simply trying to get "Pennsylvania State" to display "Penn State", but it looks like I picked the wrong time to fix it. — Dale Arnett 20:02, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
Hello, KramarDanIkabu. An automated process has found and removed an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, and thus is being used under fair use that was in your userspace. The image (Image:Teen Titans Switched.jpg) was found at the following location: User:KramarDanIkabu. This image or media was attempted to be removed per criterion number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media was replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. Please find a free image or media to replace it with, and or remove the image from your userspace. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 09:40, 14 May 2007 (UTC)
Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Teen Titans 34 pencil.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Teen Titans 34 pencil.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 07:46, 15 January 2008 (UTC)

Invitation to Meetup/Seattle6, a focus group
Hello. I'm part of a research group at the University of Washington (Seattle campus), and my group is reaching out to Wikipedians in the Puget Sound area. We're hosting a focus group designed to gather information on what Wikipedians would like to know about each other when interacting on Wikipedia. Our end goal is to create an embedded application that helps people quickly know more about others' history and activity on Wikipedia, and we feel our design will be much more useful if it's based on insights of users like you.
I'm hoping that the chance to help out local researchers, to engage in lively face-to-face discussion with other Seattle Wikipedians, and to contribute to Wikipedia in a new way will entice you to join us. The session lasts 2 hours and snacks are provided. Sessions will be held on UW Seattle campus - directions will be sent after registration. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated!
Willing and able to help us out? RSVP here. Want to know more? Visit our user talk page . Please help us contact other local Wikipedians, too! Commprac01 (talk) 03:28, 16 March 2009 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. The article Titans Tower has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (fiction) requirement. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar. If you disagree and deprod this, please explain how it meets them on the talk page here in the form of "This article meets criteria A and B because..." and ping me back through WP:ECHO or by leaving a note at User talk:Piotrus. Thank you.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
