Hello LMPAJ. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:LMPAJ. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=LMPAJ|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Template:Z159 Praxidicae (talk) 17:23, 3 December 2020 (UTC)
- LMPAJ has clearly denied PAID and COI on User page, and that should be taken at face value unless there is evidence to the contrary. David notMD (talk) 15:46, 4 December 2020 (UTC)
Writing about topics close to your heart
I saw your user page.
One of the reasons that the WP:Conflict of interest guideline exists is that it's harder to write objectively about things you care about than things that are not "near and dear to your heart."
It might help to think about each edit you make to topics related to Passaic from the point of view of someone who assumes you are writing "for the purposes of promotion" before you publish the edit. Hopefully, this will result in all of your edits being appropriate, neutral, not giving undue weight to something, and otherwise being more encyclopedic than they would be if you don't "play devil's advocate" with your edits. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 16:44, 4 December 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you for your advice, I am really glad about it and will take it into consideration. I am most definitely keeping my thoughts objective after feedback from reviewers :). LMPAJ (talk) 18:10, 4 December 2020 (UTC)

Next Steps
You asked, at User talk:78.26, what to do next. Here are my two suggestions. First, start a discussion at Talk:Passaic, New Jersey. Second, tag the redirect at Hector Carlos Lozada for deletion, which will start a discussion at Redirects for Discussion. Do one or the other, not both, or you will confuse people. That is my advice. - @Robert McClenon: Thank you, Robert, I am glad for your help. I would like to follow your earlier advice and strengthen the sources so as to meet Wikipedia's general notability guideline. Once I do that, would you be willing to take a look? I'd be forever grateful. Then I would feel better about undergoing a general discussion since I would stand a better chance. Welcome, and thank you for contributing the page Huracán Alex (2016) to Wikipedia. While you have added the page to the English version of Wikipedia, the article is not in English. We invite you to translate it into English. It has been listed at Pages Needing Translation, but if it is not translated within two weeks, the article will be listed for deletion. Please post this at es.wikipedia.org with the attribution. Spiderone 16:23, 12 January 2021 (UTC)
- Thank you for bringing this to my attention! I did not notice I had done this. I'll post it in the Spanish Wikipedia.
