  • Double check Ofa's record against other cyclones that formed after 1992 in particular 1997. I have a strong feeling that it could off been broken - Use the BOM's SHEM DB to do this.
Ofa is tied with Val 1991 and Cyclone Ron approached farther away but was stronger; what should I put? --Yueof theNorth 17:38, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
changed I changed it to say that Ofa was one of the strongest instead --Yueof theNorth 18:06, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thats works.Jason Rees (talk) 18:15, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Any storms east of the dateline were not monitored by the JTWC instead the Naval Western Oceanography Center (NWOC) of Pearl Harbor, HI monitored them. (this applies in particular to Ofa and Peni and possibly Rae.
Fixed --Yueof theNorth 18:06, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • For the systems that transfered in and out of Aus check the reports on Boms website to see if theirs any gems to be gleaned form them.
Felicity did "minor damage" to the Cape York Peninsula, should I add that? [1] --Yueof theNorth 17:41, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Might be worth adding - BTW When i checked Nancy's report it was C1 in the SPAC http://www.bom.gov.au/cyclone/history/nancy.shtml.Jason Rees (talk) 17:48, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Re Nancy; I put that it reached cat 2 status as it left which Wellington's BT says it did. --Yueof theNorth 18:08, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
