HELP with Some proposed changes

I have updated the previously requested additions to the ATS Automation Page with independent sources to show their notability. I am a paid employee of the company.

History Section: 7 items to add.

In 2018, ATS acquired KMW, a German-based supplier of custom micro-assembly systems and test equipment solutions. [1]

ATS and Bruce Power opened the Major Component Replacement (MCR) Integration testing facility in September 2018 at ATS’ headquarters in Cambridge, Ontario. [2]

In December 2018, ATS acquired substantially all of the intellectual property assets of Transformix Engineering Inc. (“Transformix”) [3]

In February 2019, ATS completed the acquisition of Comecer S.p.A, a leader in the design, engineering, manufacture, and servicing of advanced aseptic containment and processing systems for the nuclear medicine and pharmaceutical industries. [4]

April 2019, ATS Introduced ILLUMINATE™ Manufacturing Intelligence, a next-generation factory optimization Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform solution. [5]

In September 2019, ATS acquired iXLOG Unternehmensberatung GmbH ( “iXLOG”), a Germany-based IT consulting and service provider specializing in business process optimization, business intelligence and analytics. The addition of iXLOG is highly complementary to ATS’ Process Automation Solutions (“PA”) business. [6]

In December 2019, ATS acquired MARCO Limited (“MARCO”), a provider of yield control and recipe formulation systems to help customers in the food, nutraceuticals and cosmetics sectors increase productivity and meet stringent industry regulations. [7]

In March 2021, ATS completed its acquisition of CFT S.p.A, a technology leader in the attractive fresh produce sorting, processing, and packaging niches. [8]


Operations section:

CHANGE: "ATS employs approximately 3900 people worldwide, with 21 facilities in North America, Europe and Asia.[2]" TO "ATS employs approximately 4,400 people at 22 manufacturing facilities and over 50 offices in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and China." [9]
