I have done some cleanup. I don't see how the theatre programme is an independent source as it is jointly published by Rutter's own company. I have removed unsourced colour. Also, much of the other content is unsourced. In a biography it is especially important that all material is reliably sourced and encyclopaedic - see WP:BLP.
