Bintang Walk is not Jalan Bukit Bintang
Please note that Bintang Walk is not Jalan Bukit Bintang. Bintang Walk is found along Jalan Bukit Bintang as well as Jalan Sultan Ismail. To explain a location by saying that Jalan X is perpendicular to Bintang Walk can be confusing. Bintang Walk is just a glamour and convenient name to describe the entertainment street located along Jalan BB and Jalan SI. The official name of the road is Jalan Bukit Bintang. ќמшמφטтгמtorque 04:52, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
Please also note that Bintang Walk is not Bukit Bintang. Bukit Bintang is an area in KL in which Bintang Walk is located. ќמшמφטтгמtorque 04:55, 4 March 2011 (UTC)
No doubt Bukit Bintang is a parliamentary constituency, but the retail cluster we know today hve been referred as Bintang Walk since the 1990's when YTL Corp started to develop the street.
To reiterate my point, that official signages do depict Bukit Bintang as Bintang Walk (though personally i'd prefer Starhill) These are near the Raja Chulan intersection: http://www.flickr.com/photos/neumeyer/3448890543/
There are many other signages from where that came from. 2.Tourism Malaysia lists Bintang Walk instead of Bukit Bintang for the shopping strip. 3. Yes Bintang Walk is not merely a street hence it can be used interchangeably with Bukit Bintang as now, both represent the entertainment cluster.

- I dont dispute the existence of Bintang Walk, but this article is about an area in KL called Bukit Bintang, which includes the back alleys behind Starhill Gallery, jalan Alor, low yat area, ain arabia, etc. Would classify Jalan Alor and Ain Arabia as part of Bintang Walk? ќמшמφטтгמtorque 01:20, 8 March 2011 (UTC)
Cleanup needed
It may be possible that this is just a smaller neighborhood but this page needs to address that Bukit Bintang is also mentioned by the Kuala Lumpur page as a much larger district of the city. — LlywelynII 13:43, 21 November 2016 (UTC)
