"After the end of the war, Il deserto dei Tartari was published Italy-wide"
Does the above sentence mean anything more than it was published in Italy? It's surely not normal to say a book is published "Italy-wide" or "Germany-wide" or "USA-wide"? METRANGOLO1 (talk) 16:19, 10 October 2020 (UTC)
- "Across the entire country" would be an appropriate gloss.
