Legal status
This vessel was built by a reputable company for a terrorist organization. What was its legal status at the time? Were there no laws against individuals or groups acquiring and owning weapons for illegal purposes?Royalcourtier (talk) 23:40, 29 February 2016 (UTC)
- My guess is this was all under the definition of prototype and scientific experiments, as submarines were very new at the time.Telecine Guy (talk) 01:07, 20 August 2023 (UTC)
