Game Changer → Game Changer (Modern Family) – I am addicted to Modern Family but this is no longer the only subject under this title with an article (Game Changer (album) also exists). All else fails, after the move, a hatnote can be added that says something like:

In my opinion, I don't think it's necessary for the page to be moved. If there is a confusion For the album by Johnny Gill, see Game Changer (album) can be added at the top of the page.
