Is this real?
None of the given sources say Humphrey was president of the council/governor, and I can find none that give any importance to the February 16 date given. I feel like nominating it for deletion, except obviously he was involved in the government, so surely someone can corroborate that he was in charge of it for two days? --Golbez (talk) 07:26, 6 November 2018 (UTC)
- @Golbez: According to this paper Humphrey was part of the Supreme Executive Council and George Wells (his alledged predecesor) did apparently die on 16 February. Cheers, Number 57 17:15, 17 September 2021 (UTC)

- Thank you, that works for me. Added to the footnote on the list of governors. --Golbez (talk) 13:37, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
