Hunglish AFD

As a consequence of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Hunglish, I have moved the article on Hunglish to /Hunglish, where it can be worked on for integration into this article. +Angr 14:25, 6 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

All seven people in the gallery are Jewish (according to their own pages). If the purpose of the gallery is to show readers what a Hungarian looks like then wouldn’t it make more sense to include ethnic Hungarians and not just ethnic Jews? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.75.111.73 (talk) 03:46, 22 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

In fact, Jerry Seinfeld's wikipedia article doesn't say one word about being Hungarian. DyNama (talk) 06:38, 24 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Misleading statement

Romania, which itself grants Romanian citizenship to Moldovans, welcomed the Hungarian law.[1]

There is no reference in the article that Romanian people or Romanian government welcomed this law. It is just an exaggeration. Saturnian (talk) 08:52, 23 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

True, that's an indirect account [1] "Mr Szilagyi said dual citizenship was common in the EU, and he welcomed Romania's "correct" attitude on the issue. Romania had encouraged Moldovans to obtain Romanian citizenship, even though Moldova was not in the EU, he said." On the other hand, Pres. Basescu said [2] "We have no objections to the adoption by the Hungarian government and parliament of a law making it easier to grant Hungarian citizenship to ethnic Hungarians living abroad." So, I don't see that much of a problem with the statement, unless the famous cohabitation (or lack thereof) between the Romanian government and president (they tried to impeach him like what, three times?) produced a contrary statement from someone else in the Romanian government.
