Swissair
There was a cleanup tag: {{Cleanup|reason=The supposed company sponsoring one of the athletes, Swissair, ceased to exist 2002. Maybe it was [[Swiss_International_Air_Lines|Swiss]] (can't find any info on that)?|date=August 2018}} While our article Swissair says it ceased in 2002, the article's claim is supported by the reference which is the New York Times. I removed the cleanup tag based on the reference. RJFJR (talk) 13:48, 2 August 2018 (UTC)

Background
- The source also mentions that India also participated in the 1924 Winter. Alpinism was not contested as an event in the Chamonix Winter Games, which was recognized by IOC later as the first Winter Games. Medals for alpinism were given to the members of the unsuccessful 1922 British Mount Everest expedition which included seven Indian Sherpas (listed by the source) and a Nepalese, who died during the ascent. As the medalists were from various nationalities (Britain/India/Nepal), it is officially credited to mixed team by the IOC and not credited to India. Will add it as a note if required.
- Source 6 includes more information and reception about Gupta. Have expanded the section.
the athletes required aid from various private sponsors including uniforms donated by Indo-Canadians
add 'the' before Indo-Canadians, who from the Indo-Canadians? Expanded.
- Say that source 7 needs registration.#7 is NYT source. It is fully accessible and does not need registration. (May be it is country specific from where you are trying to access). It also has an archived link, which has the same text. Do not see any issues with it.

Competitors
- Why is there a &ndash here? The &ndash is clearly shown.
Three Indian athletes competed in the event
Add 'including' after the sentence. As a dash has been introduced, I guess this is not necessary as it lists the only three athletes participating.

Luge
one for the hosts
change 'for' to 'of'. "of" will not make sense here as the spot was allocated "for the hosts". I have rather removed the part itself as it is not relevant to Indian qualification. Reworded and tweaked the entire section for better readability. See if it is ok.🍗TheNuggeteer🍗
