Recreation of deleted article
The WP community decided that Ion Ţîbuleac is not notable enough to warrant an article. Please list below the arguments for the recreation of the article, keeping in mind that a victim is notable only if "The victim is notable for something beyond the crime itself" (WP:VICTIM). Also note that sites such as Victor Roncea's definitely fail Wikipedia source standards. In absence of a sound justification within one week, I will proceed to enforce established consensus.
