I think I noticed that, when Sarah Tancredi checked on the state of Michael in his cell, she shone a light in his eyes to see if there was any pupil reaction, and as far as I could tell, there wasn't. Very convincing of a serious neural problem, but... How can one fake not having a pupil reaction? A writer's goof?
