Help removing maintenance tag

I have improved the article so its a neutral point of view, added sources, and cleaned it up to remove the maintenance tag from a neutral point of view. I don't know how to remove the tag. If anyone can help, that would be great. I am not the person who added the tag. I think the tag was because of the first paragraph, which could have appeared as promotional.
