How to make a table?

Can someone who knows how to do a series summary table please have a look? I can't get it to format itself properly.

Merge proposal

It does not look as if individual episodes will have sufficient coverage in independent sources to justify individual articles. Read WP:EPISODE for discussion of the issue. PamD (talk) 23:06, 31 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like the individual episode articles have been deleted. Removing the merge request on the main episode page WillSmith (London) (talk) 09:24, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Chuggington episodes - page reformat

I have reformatted the page to

(a) "improve” the presentation (well, I think it does!)
(b) bring the episode lists up to date, and to correct erroneous information.
In particular, (i) to make sure that all episodes are listed, to bring the title names into line with what is shown in the episodes as broadcast and to put the episodes into order by first UK airdate (the normal UK approach in the absence of any other specific information on the ordering) (ii) to do this I’ve spent quite some time in working with the BBC Two and CBeebies run schedule archives (as given by the BBC), being aware that they’re not necessarily 100% accurate, and the episodes themselves. The links to these archives are given in the article. The Wikia [1] pages for Chuggington also proved quite helpful
(c) drop the previously given production numbers. I’m somewhat dubious about the accuracy of these for the first 26 episodes of Series 1 (I’ve not found any confirmation of the data), but it’s just possible they may be correct. I’m pretty sure that the values given for all the other episodes have been “made up” (in that they were given a number starting at 1 for the 1st broadcast episode, 2 for the 2nd and so on! In any event, it is not normal practice in the UK to use these specifically to order the episodes, as they tend to be allocated by the production company for their own purposes, and don’t necessarily relate to the required logical broadcast order (as presumably given by the producers).
