Series 10

With respect to any users who wish to add future episodes to the list, please read Wikipedia:Verifiability for guidelines regarding their inclusion in an encyclopaedic article. Remember the threshold is verifiability, not truth. If anyone wishes to discuss this please do so here. ~~ Peteb16 (talk) 18:50, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Midsummer Murders

I've removed 7 episodes of Midsummer Murders from this list and added them in prose form to the relevant subsection in the main article. If the series expands any further the show will be worthy of its own article and accompanying episode list. There is no need to cause confusion by including them in this article as I don't believe this is where people would expect to find them anyway. ~~ Peteb16 (talk) 19:13, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The image Image:Most h logo.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Phil Whyman

I have removed Phil Whyman's name from the 'Parapsychologist' section as Phil Whyman is not a parapsychologist; he is a very professional and well-respected paranormal investigator, but he is not a parapsychologist. I hope that's alright. V :-) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.163.57.240 (talk) 14:23, 16 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Bircham Newton

Very surprised you have not been to Bircham Newton Norfolk. I used to work there and have seen one apparition in the office, mess and other happenings. There is also the famous haunted squash court. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 5.152.173.247 (talk) 18:26, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Series 10 - Midsummer Murders

Karl Beattie, director and producer, has confirmed on social media (Facebook and Twitter) that Series 10 is the Midsummer Murders series. Please stop changing this in the article 2.31.40.43 (talk) 02:12, 24 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This may be true. Maybe consider referencing a link to the specific social media posts rather than just a statement saying that's what he said.--Jordan8396.ja (talk) 02:51, 24 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
https://twitter.com/realkarlbeattie/status/924244419020279808?s=19 for example 2.31.40.43 (talk) 02:58, 24 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
This is okay then. I was unaware of this and was working with the known (usually reliable) source (IMDB). I openly apologise for the disruption caused by the misunderstanding.--Jordan8396.ja (talk) 03:16, 24 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia does not count IMDB as a reliable source. It's publicly edited and has many discrepancies 2.31.40.43 (talk) 03:23, 24 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I did not know this, but I've looked it up and accept that. I will now no longer use IMDB as a sole source. Thanks for bringing that to my attention
I'd of thought the use of Social media would be viewed in the same way, but for this case, it is the only source available. --Jordan8396.ja (talk) 03:40, 24 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Towneley Hall

Full 2 part episode Towneley Hall is mistakenly being added to the Specials section. Episodes in the Special section are behind the scenes, outtakes, short live videos etc, Towneley Hall was a full investigation running to nearly 3 hours between the two parter, hence why it's listed with the regular episodes 79.74.18.6 (talk) 08:39, 3 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
