From what I know, a minibrowser is the same as a web browser that is created for handheld devices such as PDAs and cell phones. What the article states is more of wireless Internet access. --w^L^{<speak·check·chill>} 06:55, 23 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It sounds as though the author meant to describe a Microbrowser. I'm creating the redirect. If more information on an "ISP for handhelds" surfaces, then this page could be made properly. --Eptin 18:19, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
